The PA Learner's Permit test is available at your local DMV or other testing location.  The test is made up of a bank of questions given on a computer.  If you think you will do better listening to the questions, remember to ask to have the earphones/oral testing when you go in to take your test.  You need to ASK for this.  Remember that you can skip questions you are unsure of, but those questions may come back around.  Below are links to some study guides that I have created to help students prepare to take the learner's permit test.
