For the past several years, I coordinated a "Six Flags' Read to Succeed Reading Club".  Every child who logs six hours (360 minutes) of reading and submits the form to me by a designated deadline (typically late February), will receive one free admission ticket to Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ!

Once it becomes available to me, every student in my class will receive the reading log in the fall to complete and return to me.  If your child loses his/her copy, you can click the link below and print a new one.  The due date for the 2018-19 school year will be posted as soon as it becomes available.  Tickets are typically e-mailed to me the beginning of May; they are downloaded, printed, and distributed to students in an envelope.
