Mr. C's Mathemagical Website!

Links

Educational Videos/Online Learning:

Khan Academy. Students in Math Workshop will get very familiar with Khan Academy. This website has videos and activities for every topic we will be covering in Algebra/Geometry this year, links of which will be found throughout this website. Help on your homework is only a click away....

Virutal Nerd. It's... it's not as good as Khan Academy. But it's still pretty good.

She Loves Math. Texas tutor Lisa Johnson does love math, and explains a lot of the topics we're covering with different examples. I found her looking for some additional examples/explanations to matrix addition & multiplication problems for my Honors class, but she covers everything from counting through calculus, so if there's something you need help with, it's sure to be here!

Math Games:

The Set Game. A link to the Set Game. Find a set of three cards that are either all the same in attributes or all different. The attirbutes are color (red, blue, green), number (1, 2, 3), shading (solid, open, "lined") and shape (oval, diamond, weird S-shaped swiggle).

If there is a link to a website you find helpful with your math homework, or just a fun place to learn some math, email and let me know! If I like it, I'll add it to the list and give you a few extra credit points!
